Welcome to Crescent Bay Advisors

CBA provides multi-family office and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and private foundations. We offer a customized service, including tax planning, estate planning, investment advice, charitable planning, and risk management, paired with fully integrated business management and personal accounting services.

Our Difference

At CBA we are committed to delivering comprehensive advice and coordination in an environment where we always act in your best interest. We do not participate in fee-sharing, nor do we sell any products; we are paid solely and exclusively by our clients. While we have no vested interest in disrupting your existing relationships, we will objectively opine on the quality of your current providers and offer alternatives if necessary.

Learn Why We Are Different

How We Work

As a first step, we complete an unbiased, substantive, and procedural review of all aspects of your planning. We will then provide you with expert opinions and solutions on the specifics of your planning and the quality of advice you receive. If you decide to retain us on a go-forward basis, you will be serviced by a completely objective advocate and coordinator, acting for your sole benefit while avoiding conflicts of interest.

Our Expertise:

  • Investment Analysis and Planning

  • Cash Flow Planning/Personal Accounting

  • Management and Coordination of Banking Relationships

  • Insurance/Risk Management

  • Executive Compensation

  • Estate Planning

  • Tax Planning

  • Charitable Planning

How We Are Paid:

At CBA, our only source of compensation comes from client fees.  We do not share in any fee that you pay any other advisor, and we are economically indifferent as to where you invest. For ongoing relationships, we typically bill by retainer. However, we can also be engaged on an hourly basis for projects, such as planning for a liquidity event, advice and coordination for a life event such as divorce, or an objective assessment of current providers.
